Not Telling Your Story

Every month I struggle to clearly tell my story online is a month someone else shapes the narrative for my potential customers. It’s not just lost revenue — it’s lost connection. It’s people who would genuinely value what I offer choosing another voice simply because they heard it first or understood it better.

Telling Your Story

I’ve come to realise that visibility is not about chasing algorithms. It’s about clarity. When I articulate who I serve, the problem I solve, and the transformation I create — across my website, social platforms, podcasts, email, and search — I give the right people a chance to recognise themselves in my story. The shift doesn’t require chaos. It doesn’t demand a total overhaul. With a focused approach, I can use the channels already available — my site, LinkedIn, video, podcast interviews, search, and strategic content — to consistently communicate my value without derailing day-to-day operations or overspending. When I show up clearly and consistently online, I’m not “marketing harder.” I’m making it easier for the right customers to find me, understand me, and trust me. My business isn’t meant to be hidden. It’s meant to be discovered by the people it was built to serve.
